THANKSGIVING

I hope that everyone had a good Thanksgiving. We went up to Arizona and spent a few days with Abram's siblings. There was four babies there under one. Ten grandchildren. We went to to the park and the zoo. It was funny to see the babies interact with each other. They would crawl all over each other. If you look at the picture you will notice that Reagan is sitting on Hannah's head. There was a dog there that Reagan enjoyed chasing. If the dog stopped running Reagan would push it, pull its ear or scream at it until it would start moving again.

Reagan learned a few new tricks while we were there. This silly face was one of them.

He also started standing without holding onto things. He had to learn this because he couldn't use his hands for standing. He had to hold food in his hands to keep the other babies from stealing it. I hope that you all had a great Thanksgiving. We are looking forward to coming up to Boise in 2 1/2 weeks. It will be fun to see Cory and Ashleigh's new home. Reagan and I are going out with our Realtor tomorrow. We home to be in a home by February.

Help Needed

I need some help from those of you who have figured out how to post videos. I have this great video of Blakes birth that I want to post, but I can't figure out how to post it. Jill would be so suprized. . . . . Actually, I really am trying to post a short video of the boys that I took with our digital camera, but I can't get it to upload. I have it selected to upload, and it just sits there forever and won't do anything. Any thoughts????

April Sings

I did something this past week that I have never done before. My wards Relief Society put on a Women at the Well performance. I sang in a few group songs and I also sang a solo. This was my first time to ever sing a solo. When I first agreed to doing it I thought it was just going to be some small thing. We ended up having two performances. One for enrichment and one for a fireside for the families in the stake. I also didn't realize that I would have to memorize the song. Abe told me it shouldn't be too hard to memorize the words. I had to remind him I don't sing the right words to "Popcorn Popping." Here is a clip of the song I sang.

Opinons Accepted

We are in the process of gathering ideas as to how to remodel our three bathrooms. We are thinking of pretty much gutting them and replacing everything. Tub, cabinets, tile etc. Any good options as to colors or ideas as to what to indlude. We are thinking of doing tile in our bathroom and debatng whether to tile or put a shower around enclosure in the blue bathroom. We are pretty sure that we will not do the downstairs bathroom orange. We promise that when people come for Christmas there will be a bathroom!!!! Maybe someday we will have a picture to show the progress.

Here is a video of Reagan climbing the stairs. We don't have stairs inside our apartment but Reagan discovered the stairs outside.

Here is a picture of our house. The only thing different is that we now have a nice red door instead of an ugly contruction door.

Claire was a princess for halloween. We were in yakima visisting Ashleighs sister, and claire had a lot of fun. Here are some pictures from the trip.

Welcome

Since the old format of the Ashby Family Newsletter seems dead I have decided to try something new. I figure that we can write about our semi-exciting lives here. It' s a good way to share photos too. Maybe this will work, maybe not. We'll see.
