When fall rolls around I get a tad bit obsessed with everything pumpkin and the color orange. So I was very happy when I stumbled upon a recipe for pumpkin cookies! They are actually pumpkin chocolate chip cookies...sounds odd but they turned out really yummy! The recipe is kinda long to write out-but really not that hard to whip together. If Reagan was here we could make sugar cookies with frosting and candy corn on them.
ReplyDeleteI would agree that fall is a great time for pumpkin. Have you ever made that pumpkin cake roll with cream cheese frosting? Yummy! I also like the smell of pumpkin or vanilla spice candles burning in the air. It sounds like a good diner to me. Did you have it for breakfast also?
