Claire and I had some fun the other night. We sang songs, read books, put lotion on our legs, feet and hands, and we did each others hair and nails. I remember being a little girl and my mother would put sponge curlers in my hair. I was so excited because when I woke up in the morning I had "princess hair". I hope Claire has good memories of her childhood... because as we all know, it goes by much too quickly. Here are some of the pictures of our girls night!
She is in deep concentration people! Painting nails isn't as easy as it looks.
Look at her mad toe nail painting skills.
Claire looks adorable! My mom and I used to do that! I loved those sponge curlers...yes I know I already have curly hair-but when you are little that doesn't matter.
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome! and your right, when your little, it really doesnt matter. I cant wait till you move closer. You guys will be here soon. woohoo
ReplyDeleteMy mom used to do sponge curlers on me too! Do you think Ian, Mason and Blake will let me use them on them? They would look so cute too.
ReplyDeleteClaire is a doll! She looks adorable. What a knock out! And she really does have mad skills with the nail polish. You are one brave momma!
Claire looks adorable in the curlers. Reagan has been talking a lot lately about princes Claire. When he gets to Boise he says he is going to be a nice monster and dance with Princess Claire. Can you tell that he watched Beauty and the Beast.
ReplyDeleteMy mom said that I had hair like bailing wire and I knew she really didn't like to curl it. I guess that is why in my childhood I always had a pixie haircut. Lucky little Claire!
