April is a druggie

For some reason, and we don't know why April has been hanging out at the hospital a lot lately. Even when she comes home she still does plenty of medical procedures. It may look like a broken arm but it is only one of Abe's old socks covering her IV line.

Reagan is so happy to have his mommy home. He wants her to get all better and is taking good care of her.

Oops, these pictures are in reverse order. This is the IV line while the medication is going into her arm. There is a little container of medicine in her pocket. Who knew when she got that apron for Christmas she wouldn't use it for cooking!

April's cookie sheet all set up for her drug use.

First saline, then the antibiotic, then saline, and finally heparin to reduce blood clots.

Who knew April could ever be so brave!

Setting up the whole process.

This is a BAD picture but Grandma just played with Benson while April did the drugs.

April, we love you and hope you get all the way better really soon!!!!

Temple square

This weekend we got the chance to go to Utah for our good friend Jareds wedding. Cory got together with all the creekers and had a good time. There will be a seperate post for that. Before we spent the day with our friends, we decided to go to temple square with my sister inlaw Marie and our adorable nephew Jonah. Claire thought the temple was so beautiful. She thought it was a castle and that all the brides coming out of it were princesses.

Here is my darling little Lauren. I LOVE this picture!!
Jonah enjoyed his stroller ride.

My girls loved playing in the water.

Claire especially thought the water was cool.

Then we went to the top of this building and looked at the SLC valley below. It was pretty cool. I remember going here when I was a young girl with my dad. Cory had never been to the top, so it was all new for him.

I love my family so much. Thanks to the temple, I get to be with my family forever and I am so greatful for that blessing.

Smile

Benson is smiling more everyday. Here is a short clip of him smiling at his mommy. I hope you enjoy!

contact info

If you noticed there is a section for our family contact info to the right. Please leave your info in the comments so that we have a place to come and get it from. Abe's family has it like this and it is very helpful especially when we are trying to send out birth announcements.
