John's New Wetsuit
Grown up
Reagan's hair is starting to get long. He is in need of a haircut but I haven't really felt like doing it. I think he is going to have to wait awhile longer too. Abram has been teasing Reagan telling him he has girl hair. Then he shows him how it is long enough to put in a ponytail. When Abe does this Reagan says "I'm not a girl! I grow up and be tractor driver." Then he walks around the house on his tippy toes and says "I grow up, I tractor driver."
Comparison
2 week appointment
Benson had his two week appointment on Thursday. As we were sitting in the waiting room waiting for our turn to go back I noticed two little girls whispering and pointing in my direction. I tried to figure out what they thought looked so interesting. I assumed that it had something to do with my diaper bag. I wasn't sure what was wrong with the bag, but knew that was what they were looking at.
When they called us back I noticed a few more people looking at me strange. I still couldn't figure out why. When we left the doctors office I noticed another child pointing at me. It was very obvious what he was pointing at. I finally realized that everyone was starring at my legs because of the rash I have. It was kind of embarrassing. When I told Abe about my experience his response was "I guess you now know what it feels like to go out in public when you have a disability."
Here is a look at the legs everyone was checking out.
I thought I would also share this lovely picture too. I am not sure if you can tell but my face any eyes are all swollen.
If you were at the doctors office would you have pointed and starred at me?
